Early Check-In Fees (Subject to Availability):
• Arrival 1–3 hours before standard check-in: 25% of the daily rate
• Arrival 3–6 hours before standard check-in: 50% of the daily rate
• Arrival more than 6 hours before standard check-in: 100% of the daily rate
Late Check-Out Fees (Subject to Availability):
• 13:00–15:00: Subject to availability and charged 25% of the agreed room rate.
• 16:00–18:00: Subject to availability and charged 50%
• After 18:00: Charged as one full additional night.
Safety Deposit
A security deposit is required and will be collected upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges. For monthly stays, the deposit is IDR. 2.500.000 or equal to 10% from the current monthly rate. of the total payment. For daily stays, the deposit is IDR 100,000 per day.

Unfortunately we did not go down to Kelinking beach, we just watched it from above because our guide told us that it took 1 hour to go down and 1 hour to go up.
